As I appreciate your efforts in pursuing your study there at UP, I could not help but to remind you about your health. I came to know that you have frequent cough and fever.
Please do organize your school schedules and avoid overnight or overtime study. The best time to review or study lessons is before or after soboh prayer.
Planning will make your life easier. Always make your daily or weekly plan in order to avoid constraint work. Take your meal and snacks on time. Always be pro-active to all your future works. After studying, relax and have some body exercise. -you kidding me Abi? exercise? asdfghjk! hahah. joke lang :)
